Every year, Girls on the Run Sierras honors a standout coach, volunteer and partner of the year. These are individuals and businesses that go above and beyond for our program.  We appreciate you for all that you do for GOTR and the girls in our community!

Coach of the Year- Deanne is our 2023 Coach of the Year. Deanne truly is a ROCKSTAR coach in ALL the ways! Not only did she bring the GOTR program to Natchez Elementary, she also won the 2022 State Teacher of the Year award. She is an enthusiastic, involved and passionate coach that believes in our program and brings it to all the students that she can. She embodies the Girls on the Run spirit in ALL the ways! We appreciate you, Deanne! 💫

Volunteer of the Year- We are thrilled to share that Brandi is our 2023 Volunteer of the Year. Brandi steps up to help our program whenever she is needed. She always acts with GOTR spirit and shows up to events with a positive attitude and bubbly personality. We are grateful for the way she supports us and champions the GOTR program everywhere she goes! ✨

Partner of the Year- Our 2023 Partner of the Year is SCHEELS! We are so grateful for their support and championing of our program. They have partnered with us for coach training, Ladies Night, shoe drives and so much more! Not only do they support us, they are superstar supporters of the entire community. ❤️
